Identify Your Modem Specifications

Steps to Change IMEI
1. You first download the driver and software below
2. First install the flasher modem tool that has been downloaded.
3. Connect the modem with your laptop / computer by plugging the Power / DC connector into the modem & micro USB as a data cable to the laptop / computer simultaneously.
4. Check the modem connection status in the device manager whether it is connected or not. If not you can install the driver manually.
- Select Add Legacy Hardware and you will see uninstalled devices.
- Right-click on the device labeled with a yellow exclamation mark, then click update driver.
- Click Next to continue the next process.
- Then select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list, then click next.
- Then in the selection window click show all devices and click next
- Then browse to the driver file that you extracted.
- Select the VCOM(Android) USB PreLoader driver then click next.
- At this stage the driver installation has been completed and can be clicked next, then in the last window finish.
4. Extract and install the Flasher Modem Tool for this modem device, if you have opened the application and click connect.
6. Then there will be a connecting process as shown below
7. When the modem device is connected, there will be an indicator like the following:
8. Then click Load DB, then click Load From Target
9. After Load DB is successful, then type IMEI in search select Imei Download.
10. Then input the imei number and click write to write the imei on the device.
